 Harassment from game stores

OK, I was keeping this to myself, but now it's happening to others.

Recently I received an automated phone call from GameStop asking me to trade in my copy of 'Gears or War.'

Not TOO creepy huh?

An automated system that's tracking my past purchases and harassing me about them?!?!

This just adds further fire to my dislike for the pre-order/trade-in irritation that seems to be norm at today's game stores.

Then I ran across THIS, and I realize I'm not alone.

Sigh.
